These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any associated content or materials (collectively, the “Services”). 1. Website Ownership and Offerings

This website is owned and operated by T Squared Interiors LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. Our Services include interior design consultations, material sourcing, design presentations, 3D renderings, and related services. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and T Squared Interiors LLC regarding your use of our Services.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• Possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not use our Services if doing so is prohibited by applicable law or regulation.

3. Key Commercial Terms

3.1 Pricing and Payments

• Consultation Fee: $100 (mandatory for all projects).

• Travel Fee: $50 (applicable for in-person consultations within the greater Columbia, SC area).

• Material Sourcing and Collage: $100, plus $25 for each additional revision.

• Design Presentation: $150, includes three revisions. Additional revisions are $25 each.

• 3D Rendering: $250.

Payment terms:

• The consultation fee and any applicable travel fee are due in full before the initial meeting.

• Service fees are due in full upon notification that your materials, presentation, or rendering are ready.

• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.2 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed Services. Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or errors on our part. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to designs, images, text, logos, and 3D renderings, is the exclusive property of T Squared Interiors LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

By providing us with any content, including inspiration images or links, you affirm that you have the legal rights or necessary licenses to share such content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

5. Service Limitations and Exclusions

T Squared Interiors LLC does not:

• Offer construction or installation services.

• Provide guarantees regarding the performance or quality of third-party contractors or products.

• Assume responsibility for delays or errors caused by third-party suppliers or vendors.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Illegal or unethical conduct.

• Non-payment of fees.

If your account or access to our Services is terminated, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless T Squared Interiors LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, T Squared Interiors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Services at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
